My workout gear! I obviously love purple!
I completed DAY 2 of the 30 Day Shred. It was not easy! Going to start my period soon and my boobs are killing me, so I had to wear 2 sports bras.. too bad one is super small.
Then I did some yoga from Netflix.
So far im down 12 lbs! 7 of those are since April. My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week. And now I have a reason be be more dedicated than ever because my bf and I are getting married!! I havent gotten the ring yet but we are planning on doing it October next year! I think its totally possible that I could be fairly close to my UGW by then. And if I’m not, being around 170 would be fantastic!
I have never stuck with a “diet” (I’d prefer to call it a lifestyle change) for this long before. Expect in high school when I would almost never eat, but I don’t think that really counts. The only other time is when I did Weight Watchers for 2 months a couple years ago.
I am so proud of myself! I feel so good! I can’t wait to keep on with the 30 Day Shred and see how my body changes!
